  • Same-day dispatch if ordered by 2:00 PM PT / 5:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri)

Order Processing & Cutoff

  • Cutoff time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM PT / 5:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.
  • Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Processing time: Most orders are processed within 1–4 hours.
  • Carriers: UPS / DHL Express (and partner last-mile carriers where applicable).

Shipping Rates

  • USA: Free Express on Mini 5 orders.
  • Canada: Discounted Express (shown at checkout).
  • International: Real-time Express rates shown at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Duties/Taxes: See International Shipping & Duties.

Tracking & Notifications

  • You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 12–24 hours to appear after label creation.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, see Lost / Damaged Parcels.

Address Changes, PO Boxes & Signatures

  • Address changes: Contact us immediately at support@djimini5pro.com with your order number. If a label has been created, a reroute fee may apply.
  • PO Boxes: Courier services generally cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a physical street address.
  • Signature on delivery: May be required for high-value orders or at our discretion for security.

International Shipping & Duties

  • Customs & taxes (DDU/DDP): Unless stated otherwise at checkout, international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Local taxes/duties are payable by the recipient.
  • Customs documents: We provide accurate commercial invoices to expedite clearance.
  • Refusal/Return to Sender: If a parcel is refused due to duties/taxes, the original and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

Lost / Damaged Parcels

  • Damaged on arrival: Photograph the packaging and item(s) and contact support@djimini5pro.com within 48 hours.
  • Marked Delivered but missing: Check with household members, neighbors, and your building manager first. If still missing, contact us within 3 business days so we can open a carrier investigation.
  • Carrier investigations: Usually conclude within 7–10 business days. We’ll keep you updated and resolve promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Hazmat batteries: We comply with UN3481/IATA rules. Some services/routes may be unavailable for certain batteries.
  • No-fly/embargoed destinations: We cannot ship to sanctioned countries or regions with carrier embargoes.
  • Remote areas: Delivery times and fees may vary; carriers may classify certain postcodes as “extended area”.

Split Shipments & Preorders

  • Split shipments: We may ship items separately to speed delivery; you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.
  • Preorders/backorders: Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. We’ll notify you of any changes.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM PT / 5:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.

Which carriers do you use?

We primarily use UPS and DHL Express. In some regions, local partners may complete last-mile delivery.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us immediately. If the label is printed or the parcel is in transit, a reroute/intercept fee may apply and is not guaranteed by the carrier.

Do you ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes?

Express couriers generally require a physical address. If you need special handling, email support@djimini5pro.com before ordering.

Will I pay customs duties/taxes?

For international orders, duties/taxes may be collected by customs or the carrier upon delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.
